摘要
目的:探讨基于结构化健康教育(SHE)理念的Neuman护理模式对绝经后骨质疏松(PMO)患者自护能力、心智觉知度及服药依从性的影响。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年12月莆田市第一医院收治的148例PMO患者,按随机数表法分为对照组(常规健康教育护理干预)和观察组(常规护理基础上实施基于SHE理念的Neuman护理干预),每组各74例。护理干预6个月。比较两组干预前后的自护能力、心智觉知度、服药依从性、骨密度及护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组自护能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分、心智觉知注意觉知量表(MAAS)各维度评分、中文版Morisky用药依从性量表(MMAS-8)评分、腰椎、髋关节骨密度均升高,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于SHE理念的Neuman护理模式能有效提升PMO患者的自护能力、心智觉知度、服药依从性、骨密度及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the influence of the Neuman nursing model based on the concept of Structured Health Education(SHE)on the self-care ability,mental awareness and medication compliance of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMO).Method:A total of 148 patients with PMO admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(received conventional health education and nursing intervention)and the observation group(received Neuman nursing intervention based on the SHE concept on the basis of conventional nursing)according to the random number table method,with 74 cases in each group.The nursing intervention was carried out for 6 months.The self-care ability,mental awareness,medication compliance,bone mineral density and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Result:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in each index between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Self-Care Ability Measurement Scale(ESCA),each dimension of the Mental Awareness and Attention Awareness Scale(MAAS),the scores of the Chinese version of the Morisky Medication Compliance Scale(MMAS-8),and the bone mineral densities of the lumbar vertebrae and hip joints in both groups increased.The scores in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Neuman nursing model based on the SHE concept can effectively enhance the self-care ability,mental awareness,medication compliance,bone mineral density and nursing satisfaction of PMO patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
