党的文化领导权是习近平文化思想中一个具有原创性、统领性的标识性概念。这一标识性概念的形成,在理论逻辑上完成了对马克思主义经典学说与葛兰西文化领导权思想的批判性吸收与超越,在历史逻辑上对中国共产党百年文化建设的实践经验进行了深刻提炼,在现实逻辑上对民族复兴新阶段意识形态的复杂斗争与数字时代全新挑战作出了战略回应。核心内涵在“两个结合”的根本遵循下不断拓展,充分表现为对意识形态阵地的牢牢掌握、对中华民族文化主体性的自觉坚守以及在文明交流互鉴中展现的开放姿态。迈入新征程,坚持党的文化领导权要以固本强基筑牢根本、以守正创新应对变局、以文明互鉴彰显价值,最终为担负建设中华民族现代文明新使命提供根本政治保障。概言之,深入理解这一标识性概念有助于把握新时代文化建设的本质规律与行动主线。
The Party's cultural leadership is an original and overarching concept within Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.Its formation reflects,theoretically,a critical absorption and transcendence of classical Marxism and Gramsci's cultural hegemony theory;historically,a distillation of the CPC's century-long cultural development;and practically,a strategic response to ideological struggles amid national rejuvenation and digital-age challenges.Under the guidance of the"two integrations,"its core connotations expand,seen in firmly grasping ideological positions,safeguarding the cultural subjectivity of the Chinese nation,and promoting civilizational exchange and mutual learning.As China advances,upholding this leadership requires strengthening foundational underpinnings,innovating while upholding principles,and demonstrating values through civilizational dialogue-ultimately providing political guarantee for building a modern Chinese civilization.
