复合机的热风循环系统结构优化与节能技术开发

Optimization of the Hot Air Circulation System Structure and Development of Energy-saving Technology for Multi-function Machines

摘要 在印刷包装行业绿色低碳发展背景下,复合机作为软包装行业关键生产设备,存在热风循环系统结构能耗高、热风均匀性差等问题,已成为限制印刷包装行业低碳发展的关键。以浙江方邦机械WFB无溶剂复合机为研究对象,通过系统结构优化与节能技术开发双管齐下,经实际单位产品能耗测试,单位产品能耗从0.104 kWh/m^(2)降至0.082 kWh/m^(2),复合膜粘结强度合格率从95.3%提升至99.2%,为行业印刷机械节能改造提供参考借鉴。 Against the backdrop of green and low-carbon development in the printing and packaging industry,the composite machine,as a key production equipment in the flexible packaging industry,has problems such as high energy consumption in the structure of the hot air circulation system and poor uniformity of hot air,which have become the key factors restricting the low-carbon development of the printing and packaging industry.This paper takes the WFB solvent-free composite machine of Zhejiang Fangbang Machinery as the research object.Through the dual approach of system structure optimization and energy-saving technology development,the actual unit product energy consumption test shows that the unit product energy consumption has been reduced from 0.104 kWh/m^(2) to 0.082 kWh/m^(2),and the qualified rate of composite film bonding strength has increased from 95.3%to 99.2%,providing a reference for energy-saving transformation of printing machinery in the industry.
