摘要
目的观察在接受医师疗法治疗耳鸣的过程中听力正常但未引出镫骨肌声反射(acoustic stapedius reflex,ASR)患者ASR的变化。方法回顾性临床资料分析。纳入2016年6月至2024年12月于我院耳鸣耳聋眩晕门诊就诊的、听力正常但ASR未引出的患者。共纳入符合要求的36例(男13例,女23例,年龄中位数40岁)患者,共42耳(双耳6例12耳,右耳19耳,左耳11耳)。采用统计描述和配对t检验比较医师疗法干预前后ASR引出情况与听阈的变化。结果随访时,有19耳(45.24%)ASR从未引出转变为引出。复诊时,患者纯音听阈优于初诊(P<0.05)。结论经过医师疗法进行生活方式调整后,听力正常ASR未引出的患者,ASR可能引出,其具体机制及临床意义尚需进一步研究。
Objective To observe the changes in ASR in patients with normal hearing but absence acoustic stapedius reflex(ASR)during physician therapy for tinnitus.Methods Clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Patients with normal hearing but absence ASR who visited the Tinnitus,Deafness and Vertigo Clinic of our hospital from June 2016 to December 2024 were included.A total of 36 patients(13 males,23 females,median age 40 years)with a total of 42 ears(12 both ears,19 right ears,and 11 left ears)were included.Statistical description and paired t-test were used to compare ASR elicitation and changes in hearing threshold before and after intervention.Results During follow-up,19 ears(45.24%)had ASR from absence to elicited.At follow-up visit,the pure tone hearing threshold of the patient was better than the first visit(P<0.05).Conclusion After lifestyle adjustment by Yishi therapy,ASR may be elicited in patients with normal hearing but absence ASR,and the specific mechanism and clinical significance need further study.
