非营利研究机构主导关键核心技术研发的价值共创机制——以德国弗劳恩霍夫协会未来增材制造计划为例

Value co-creation mechanism of key core technology R&D led by non-profit research institution:A case of future additive manufacturing program of Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in Germany

摘要 关键核心技术突破对推动经济结构转型及实现经济高质量发展具有重要作用。在我国大力推进创新联合体建设、促进关键核心技术研发的背景下,采用纵向单案例研究方法,以德国弗劳恩霍夫应用研究促进协会“未来增材制造”计划为研究对象,深入剖析非营利研究机构主导关键核心技术研发的价值共创机理与创新生态组建路径。研究发现,基于“价值识别—价值联动—价值创造”逻辑演进的三阶段价值共创机制是非营利研究机构围绕关键核心技术研发形成创新生态体系的基础和支撑。价值识别的关键是信任机制的建立和合作桥梁的搭建,价值联动的核心是制度安排及平台、网络的构建,而商业价值的实现和创新溢出效应等价值创造是价值共创得以最终落地的关键因素。本研究揭示了德国非营利性研究机构主导的关键核心技术研发突破的内在机制,丰富了价值共创与组织协同创新理论,为我国产学研深度融合创新联合体建设提供了参考和启示。 The breakthrough of key core technology plays a crucial role in advancing economic structural transformation and achieving high-quality economic development.Against the backdrop of China s vigorous promotion of innovation consortia and its support for key core technology R&D,a longitudinal single-case study method was adopted,focusing on the“future additive manufacturing”program of Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in Germany,to systematically investigate the value co-creation mechanism and innovation ecosystem formation pathways underlying non-profit research organizations leadership in key core technology R&D.The findings reveal that a three-stage value co-creation mechanism structured along the logical progression of“value identification value linkage value creation”serves as the foundation and enabler for non-profit research institutions to build innovation ecosystems centered on key core technology R&D.The key to value identification lies in the establishment of trust mechanisms and the construction of collaborative bridges;the core of value linkage resides in institutional arrangements and the construction of platforms and networks;meanwhile,the realization of commercial value and innovation spillover effects constitute the value creation outcomes essential for the ultimate implementation of value creation.This study uncovers the intrinsic mechanisms behind key core technology breakthroughs led by German non-profit research institutions,enriches the theoretical discourse on value co-creation and organizational collaborative innovation,and offers both theoretical references and practical insights for the development of deeply integrated industry-academia-research innovation consortia in China.
