摘要
放射性核素淋巴显像是核医学分子功能成像技术,于皮下注射放射性示踪剂后,利用PET或SPECT显示淋巴系统结构与功能,可弥补超声、CT及MRI等解剖成像的不足。新型淋巴显像示踪剂^(68)Ga-NEB由^(68)Ga标记双功能螯合剂NOTA偶联伊文思蓝而组成,分子直径小、淋巴管内移行速度快。本文对^(68)Ga-NEB PET用于淋巴系统疾病研究进展进行综述。
Radionuclide lymphatic imaging is a molecular functional imaging technique of nuclear medicine.After subcutaneous administration of radioactive tracer,the structure and function of lymphatic system can be displayed using PET or SPECT,hence overcoming the limitations of anatomical imaging methods such as ultrasound,CT and MRI.As a novel tracer for lymphatic imaging,composed of^(68)Ga-labeled bifunctional chelator NOTA coupled with Evans blue,^(68)Ga-NEB has small molecular size and can rapid transit within lymphatic vessels.The research progresses of^(68)Ga-NEB PET in lymphatic diseases were reviewed in this article.
