摘要
针对列车运行监控装置(LKJ)数据文件在铁路局集团公司间/铁路局集团公司内交接过程繁琐、效率低下、数据安全无法保障、消息通知不及时等问题,以及LKJ监测数据由各铁路局集团公司独立管理,中国国家铁路集团有限公司用户无法进行统筹管理、辅助决策等问题,对LKJ数据管理系统开展研究。分析LKJ数据管理需求,从LKJ数据文件交接模块、LKJ监测数据管理模块和系统管理模块出发提出管理系统架构,设计并实现各模块功能,并针对系统的性能、稳定性和安全性,从负载均衡、数据处理机制和安全边界3个方面搭建LKJ数据管理系统的网络架构。LKJ数据管理系统采用信息化手段汇集全路LKJ数据文件、LKJ监测数据,强化LKJ数据文件交接过程的监督和设备运用信息的大数据分析,对保障LKJ数据交接流程、提升LKJ设备的管理水平具有重要意义。
In light of the cumbersome handover process,low efficiency,inability to ensure data security and untimely message notification of train operation monitoring device(LKJ)data files between/within CR regional groups,as well as the fact that LKJ monitoring data is managed independently by each of CR regional groups and users of China State Railway Group Co.,Ltd.cannot perform overall management and assist decisionmaking,this paper conducts study on the LKJ data management system.It analyzes the LKJ data management requirements,proposes a management system architecture based on the LKJ data file handover module,LKJ monitoring data management module and system management module,designs and implements the functions of each module,and builds the network architecture of the LKJ data management system from 3 aspects:load balancing,data processing mechanism and security boundary,to guarantee performance,stability and security of the system.The LKJ data management system utilizes information-based technology to collect LKJ data files and LKJ monitoring data from the entire national railway,and strengthens the supervision of the LKJ data file handover process and the big data analysis of equipment application information.It is of great significance to ensuring the LKJ data handover process and improving the management level for LKJ equipment.
