摘要
依据机车故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术的应用特点,通过对机车设计制造、运用、整备、检修、检测监测等全业务链条数据的采集、清洗、传输、融合、存储过程进行数据治理研究,以机车PHM业务应用和数据服务为导向,针对不同类型数据提出清洗治理方法,并结合原始、明细、融合、应用等不同数据层构建全生命周期、统一字典、PHM应用数据主题域,从而支撑向外提供定制化数据报表、API数据接口、数据报告,以及状态监测、故障诊断、健康评估、视情维修、性能演化、决策分析等业务应用服务,为机车和重要零部件数字化运维提供系统平台数据支撑。
Based on the application characteristics of locomotive fault prognostic and health management(PHM)technology,this research conducts data governance research on the collection,cleaning,transmission,fusion,and storage processes of the entire business chain data of locomotive design,manufacturing,operation,service,maintenance,monitoring,and inspection.Guided by locomotive PHM business applications and data services,cleaning and governance methods are proposed for different types of data,and different data layers such as raw,detailed,fusion,and application layers are integrated to construct a theme domain featuring full life cycle,unified dictionary,and PHM application data.This supports the provision of customized data reports,API data interfaces,data reports,as well as business application services such as status monitoring,fault diagnosis,health assessment,condition-based maintenance,performance evolution,and decision analysis,providing a system platform data support for the digital operation and maintenance of locomotives and important components.
