摘要
近年来,故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术已在动车组运维领域逐步应用。为了不断丰富动车组PHM模型库,充分发挥PHM系统在保障动车组运行安全、降低运维成本等方面的作用,围绕PHM技术中的故障预警预测、部件视情维修2大核心功能,研究并提出动车组PHM模型研究方法。以某动车组联轴节故障建模、某动车组空气弹簧溢流阀故障建模为例,通过中国铁路上海局集团有限公司开发的PHM系统应用,预警预测模型报警准确率达75%以上,提前发现并预报多种典型故障,有效保障动车组运行安全;以某平台动车组主变压器散热装置视情维修模型为例,对故障特征提取方法及模型研究的具体过程进行分析,对PHM模型的应用效果进行评价。该研究可进一步丰富动车组PHM模型库,并对PHM系统在保障动车组安全、降低维修成本等方面发挥作用提供指导。
In recent years,the Prognostics and Health Management(PHM)technology has witnessed ever wider application in the operation and maintenance of EMUs.To continuously enrich the EMU PHM model library and fully leverage the role of PHM systems in ensuring operational safety and reducing maintenance cost of EMUs,this study focuses on two core functions of PHM technology,namely the early-warning and prediction of faults,and the condition-based maintenance of components.It explores and proposes research methods for EMU PHM models.Using examples such as fault modeling of a coupling joint in an EMU and fault modeling of an air spring overflow valve in an EMU,the study demonstrates that through the application of a PHM system developed by China Railway Shanghai Group Co.,Ltd.,the early-warning and prediction model achieves an alarm accuracy rate of over 75%.This enables the early detection and forecasting of various types of typical faults,effectively ensuring EMU operational safety.Additionally,taking the condition-based maintenance model of a main transformer cooling device in a platform EMU as an example,the study analyzes the specific process of fault feature extraction methods and model research,and evaluates the application performance of PHM models.This study can further enrich the EMU PHM model library and provide guidance for the role of PHM systems in ensuring EMU safety and reducing maintenance costs.
