动力集中动车组制动系统PHM技术体系与PCR模块建模

摘要 面向动车组制动系统的运用检修需求,提出故障预测与健康管理(PHM)技术对于现阶段动力集中动车组制动系统的必要性。结合既有动力集中动车组制动系统技术原理和需求,提出可预测维修的PHM框架设计和关键技术。以电空控制模块的性能劣化评估模型为例,通过实车运行数据在线分析与测试,验证其对于性能状态评估的有效性。结合PHM系统的闭环排故处置流程,对于提高动车组制动系统的检修维护效率、提升在途安全运营的保障能力具有积极的推动意义。 Focusing on the operation and maintenance requirements of EMU braking systems,this paper articulates the necessity of implementing fault prediction and health management(PHM)technology for the braking systems of power-concentrated EMUs at the current stage.Based on an analysis of the technical principles and requirements of existing power-concentrated EMU braking systems,this paper proposes a PHM framework design and key technologies to enable predictive maintenance.Taking the performance degradation assessment model of the electro-pneumatic control module as an example,its effectiveness in evaluating performance status was validated through online analysis and testing using operational data.By integrating the closed-loop troubleshooting procedures of a PHM system,this paper significantly contributes to boosting maintenance efficiency for EMU braking systems and strengthening operational safety assurance during operation.
