摘要
基于2A10铝合金铆钉的2024-T3铝合金板件搭接,采用完全因素试验设计方法,综合采用压铆试验与有限元仿真分析,研究了不同孔径与压铆力参数组合对搭接接头镦头尺寸及干涉量的影响。结果表明:在同一压铆力下,孔径增大,镦头高度与最大直径均减小;在同一孔径下,压铆力增大,镦头高度减小、最大直径增大;孔径和压铆力对镦头高度存在正向协同效应,对镦头最大直径的交互影响较弱,且压铆力对镦头尺寸的影响显著高于孔径;干涉量在铆钉轴向上分布不均,靠近上板自由表面处较大;在同一孔径下,随着压铆力增大,干涉量增大;同一压铆力下,孔径越大,干涉量越小;孔径和压铆力对干涉量存在负向协同效应,且压铆力对干涉量的影响显著高于孔径。
Based on the lap joining of 2024-T3 aluminum alloy sheets using 2A10 aluminum alloy rivets,by employing full factorial test design method,combining riveting tests and finite element simulation analysis,the effects of different parameters combinations of hole diameter and squeeze force on the driven head dimensions and interference magnitude of lap joints were researched.The results show that with the same squeeze force,as the hole diameter increases,both the driven head height and the maximum driven head diameter decrease.With the same hole diameter,as the driven force increases,the driven head height decreases and the maximum driven head diameter increases.There is a positive synergistic effect between the hole diameter and the squeeze force on the driven head height,and the interactive influence on the maximum driven head diameter is relatively weak,and the effect of the squeeze force on the driven head dimension is significantly higher than that of the hole diameter.The interference magnitude distribution along the axis of the rivet is uneven and larger near the free surface of the upper plate.With the same hole diameter,the interference magnitude increases as the squeeze force increases.With the same squeeze force,the larger the hole diameter,the smaller the interference magnitude.There is a negative synergistic effect between the hole diameter and the squeeze force on the interference magnitude,and the effects of the squeeze force on the interference magnitude is significantly higher than that of the hole diameter.
