摘要
基于ABAQUS平台建立了5A06铝合金带纵筋锥形件剪切-流动复合旋压成形的有限元模型,探究了从板坯直接旋压成形带纵筋锥形件的可行性,并通过旋压试验验证了模型的可靠性,分析了材料的变形行为,同时研究了旋压过程中芯模半锥角、坯料厚度和旋轮圆角半径等参数对纵筋填充的影响。结果表明:剪切-流动复合旋压成形可以实现带纵筋锥形件整体成形,但纵筋高度沿母线方向呈现中间低两端高的趋势;较大的芯模半锥角、坯料厚度和旋轮圆角半径均有利于增加纵筋饱和度和改善纵筋高度不均匀度,其中合理增加旋轮圆角半径的改善效果最好。
A finite element model of shear-flow spinning forming for 5A06 aluminum alloy conical parts with longitudinal ribs was established based on the ABAQUS platform.The feasibility of direct spinning forming conical parts with longitudinal ribs from blank was investigated,and the model validity was confirmed through experimental verification.The material deformation behavior was analyzed,along with parametric studies on the effects of half-cone angle of mandrel,blank thickness,and roller profile radius on rib filling evolution during forming were studied.The results demonstrate that shear-flow spinning forming enables integral forming of conical parts with longitudinal ribs.However,rib height distribution along the generatrix exhibits a characteristic saddle profile with the maximum values at both ends and the minimum in the central region.Increasing the half-cone angle of mandrel,blank thickness,and roller profile radius effectively enhances both saturation and height non-uniformity of longitudinal ribs.Notably,appropriate enlargement of the roller profile radius demonstrates the most pronounced improvement in dimensional consistency.
