碳钢/不锈钢同步与异步轧制复合变形规律分析

摘要 针对碳钢/不锈钢复合板在同步轧制过程中表面变形充分而心部变形不足的问题,通过将两种不同的异步轧制工艺与传统同步轧制进行对比,探究3种工艺下金属复合板的变形规律。借助有限元软件与实验相结合的方法,通过设置不同的辊径比与异速比实现了异步轧制。立足于复合板不同轧制工艺下变形区等效应力、等效塑性应变以及剪切应变进行分析对比。结果表明,两种类型的异步轧制均能够增大板材沿厚度方向上和复合板结合界面的应变。与此同时,异步轧制显著提高了复合板结合界面的剪切应变,使得复合板能够充分变形,从而实现更好的结合效果。辊径比或异速比在1.00~1.25变化时,随着不对称因素增大,异步轧制对复合板材的变形促进效果呈先增大后减小的趋势。当异速比或辊径比为1.20时促进效果最优。根据实验数据可知,在相同工况下,同速异径工艺对复合板材的变形促进作用比同径异速轧制工艺效果略优。 Aiming at the problem of sufficient surface deformation and insufficient core deformation in the synchronous rolling process of carbon steel/stainless steel composite plates,two different asynchronous rolling processes were compared with traditional synchronous rolling to explore the deformation law of metal composite plates under three processes.By means of the combination of finite element simulation and experiment,the asynchronous rolling was realized by setting different roll diameter ratios and roll speed ratios.The equivalent stress,equivalent plastic strain and shear strain in the deformation zone of the composite plate under different rolling processes were analyzed and compared.The results show that both types of asynchronous rolling can increase the strain of the plate along the thickness direction and the bonding interface of the composite plate.At the same time,asynchronous rolling significantly increases the shear strain of the bonding interface of composite plate.The composite plate can be fully deformed so as to achieve better bonding effect.When the roll diameter ratio or roll speed ratio changes from 1.00 to 1.25,as the asymmetry factor increases,the effect of asynchronous rolling on the deformation of the composite plate increases first and then decreases.When the roll speed ratio or roll diameter ratio is 1.20,the promotion effect is the best.According to the experimental data,under the same working conditions,the same speed and different diameters process is slightly better than the same diameter and different speeds rolling process in promoting the deformation of the composite plate.
