波纹辊结构参数对轧制镁/铝层合板翘曲的影响

摘要 根据点阵强变形轧制(LSDR)原理通过波纹辊制备镁/铝层合板,在改善翘曲和提高结合强度方面有明显优势。通过数值模拟和轧制实验相结合的方法,分析不同幅值与周期的波纹辊轧制镁/铝层合板过程中两种金属的塑性流动和应变变化规律,阐释波纹辊结构参数对轧制镁/铝层合板翘曲的影响。结果表明:在预热温度为400℃、压下率为40%下,镁/铝层合板的翘曲曲率随着波幅或周期的增大先减小后增大,波幅为0.4 mm、周期为2πmm的波纹辊可以制备板形质量好且拉剪强度高的镁/铝层合板。 Preparation of Mg/Al laminated composite by corrugated rolls using the principle of lattice severe deformation rolling(LSDR)has obvious advantages in improving the warpage and increasing the bonding strength.The plastic flow and strain variation laws of two metals during the rolling of Mg/Al laminated composite using corrugated rolls with different amplitudes and periods were analyzed.The research combines numerical simulation and rolling experiments to explain the influence of the structural parameters of corrugated rolls on the warpage of the rolled Mg/Al laminated composite.The results indicate that when the preheating temperature is 400℃and the reduction rate is 40%,the warpage curvature of the Mg/Al laminated composites initially decreases and then increases as the wave amplitude or period increases.The corrugated roll with wave amplitude of 0.4 mm and period of 2πmm was used to fabricate laminated composites with better plate shape quality and high tensile-shear strength.
