摘要
目的对阿克苏地区一起采食野生蘑菇中毒事件进行调查分析,为此类事件的调查处置、临床救治及预防控制提供参考。方法对中毒事件开展流行病学调查,采集可疑野生蘑菇开展形态学鉴定及毒素检测。结果罹患率100%(5/5),潜伏期9.5~15 h,临床症状以腹痛(5例)、恶心(4例)、呕吐(4例)、腹泻(4例)为主,毒蘑菇的形态学鉴定结果为肉褐鳞环柄菇,检出α-鹅膏毒肽、β-鹅膏毒肽和γ-鹅膏毒肽。结论该事件为一起误食肉褐鳞环柄菇引起的中毒事件,需提升群众对毒蘑菇相关知识的认知水平,强化其风险防范意识,提升医疗机构鉴别诊疗能力,建立毒蘑菇生物毒素检测技术体系,减少毒蘑菇中毒和死亡事件的发生。
Objective To investigate and analyze a wild mushroom poisoning incident in Aksu Prefecture,so as to provide references for the investigation,management,clinical treatment,and prevention of similar incidents.Methods Epidemiological investigation was conducted,and suspicious wild mushrooms were collected for morphological identification and toxin detection.Results The attack rate was 100%(5/5),with a latency period ranging from 9.5 to 15 hours.Clinical manifestations primarily included abdominal pain(5 cases),nausea(4 cases),vomiting(4 cases),and diarrhea(4 cases).Morphological identification confirmed the poisonous mushroom as Lepiota brunneoincarnata,with detection ofα-amanitin,β-amanitin,andγ-amanitin.Conclusions This incident was caused by accidental ingestion of Lepiota brunneoincarnata.It is imperative to augment public awareness concerning poisonous mushroom species,elevate risk perception,enhance the diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities of healthcare facilities,and develop a robust biotoxin detection technology system for poisonous mushrooms to mitigate the incidence and mortality associated with mushroom poisoning.
