摘要
公路SUP-13沥青配合比验证的质量控制策略研究聚焦于配合比设计与施工质量控制的关键环节。通过系统分析细集料颗粒组成、矿料合成级配及沥青性能指标,建立基于Superpave设计方法的级配优化模型,提出以空隙率、VMA和VFA为核心的体积指标及优良的高温稳定性控制标准。研究结合定西公路养护工程实践,对沥青路面施工质量控制进行了系统性探索,为同类项目提供数据支撑与工艺指导。
The research on quality control strategies for highway SUP-13 asphalt mix proportion verification focuses on the key links of mix proportion design and construction quality control.By systematically analyzing the particle composition of fine aggregates,the combined gradation of mineral aggregates,and asphalt performance indicators,a gradation optimization model based on the Superpave design method is established.Control standards for volumetric indicators—with air voids,VMA(Void in Mineral Aggregate),and VFA(Void Filled with Asphalt)as the core—and excellent high-temperature stability are proposed.Combined with the practice of the Dingxi Highway Maintenance Project,the study conducts a systematic exploration of the construction quality control of asphalt pavements,providing data support and process guidance for similar projects.
