摘要
在高铁出行成为主流交通方式的背景下,对高铁乘务服务提出了更高的要求,而当前高铁乘务服务过程中仍然存在硬件设施人性化程度不够、人员服务水平差异大等问题,文章通过分析硬件设施、人员服务、运营管理和信息服务等影响因素,构建包含安全、人员、便捷、信息服务的综合评价指标体系,并从优化硬件、加强人员培训、完善运营管理、强化信息服务等方面提出提升策略,为提高高铁乘务服务质量提供参考。
With high-speed rail travel becoming the mainstream mode of transportation,higher requirements are put forward for high-speed rail crew service.However,there are still some problems in the process of high-speed rail crew service,such as insufficient humanization of hardware facilities and large differences in personnel service level.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of hardware facilities,personnel service,operation management and information service,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system including safety,personnel,convenience and information service,and puts forward improvement strategies from the aspects of optimizing hardware,strengthening personnel training,improving operation management and strengthening information service,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of high-speed rail crew service.
