摘要
公园休闲满意度是衡量公园服务质量的关键指标,但现有对公园休闲满意度的研究忽略了公园类型的异质性。研究以福州市郊野型、社区型和综合型3类城市公园为例,综合运用问卷调研、多元线性回归模型、重要性-绩效分析等方法,探究不同类型城市公园的休闲满意度分异特征及影响因素,并提出优化路径。结果表明:城市公园休闲满意度包含5个主要维度,依据评分高低依次为游憩环境、可达性、回忆性、服务设施与社会交往。3类城市公园休闲满意度差异显著,综合型公园的服务设施和游憩环境维度评价较高,社区型公园在回忆性、社会交往和可达性方面表现突出,郊野型公园未形成突出优势。影响因素方面,访问频次和休闲时长显著影响休闲满意度,性别影响次之,年龄、收入和教育水平影响较弱。研究基于分类优化策略,建议郊野型公园完善休闲服务设施,强化自然疗愈功能;社区型公园打造集体休闲活动空间,增进邻里交流;综合型公园改善娱乐设施质量,提升居民休闲体验和归属感。
Diverse urban park environments play a crucial role in enhancing residents’well-being and leisure satisfaction.However,our understanding of the distinct impacts of various park types remains limited.From the perspective of park types,this study develops an evaluation system of urban parks leisure satisfaction.Drawing on Environment-behavior Interaction Theory,this study investigates the association between three different park types and leisure satisfaction in Fuzhou,using natural,community and comprehensive parks as empirical cases.By combining principal component analysis and multiple linear regression models,the study explores the key dimensions of leisure satisfaction,differences in scores across different park types,and their core influencing factors.And the Importance-performance Analysis Method is employed to analyze and clarify priority directions for improvement.Results indicate that urban park leisure satisfaction comprises five core dimensions,ranked by scores from highest to lowest as follows:leisure environment,accessibility,memories,service and facilities,and social interaction.Significant differences in satisfaction dimensions are observed among the three park types:comprehensive parks perform well in service and facilities and leisure environment dimension;community parks achieve the highest scores in memories,social interaction and accessibility;natural parks lack distinctive advantages due to insufficient facilities and remote locations.Furthermore,the study identifies visit frequency and leisure duration as key predictors of leisure satisfaction,followed by gender,while age,income and education level exert relatively weak influences.Based on the classified optimization strategy,it is suggested that natural parks supplement supporting leisure service facilities and strengthen the core function of natural healing;community parks expand leisure activity spaces and enhance neighborhood communication;comprehensive parks should improve the quality of entertainment projects and further strengthen residents’leisure experience and sense of belonging.
