Influence of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with chiropractic manipulation on symptom improvement time,lumbar function and pain degree in patients with postpartum low back pain

摘要目的探究针灸联合整脊手法对产后腰痛患者症状改善时间、腰部功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2025年1月成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院收治的60例产后腰痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组给予整脊手法治疗,研究组给予针灸联合整脊手法治疗。比较两组患者疗效、症状(疼痛)改善时间、腰部功能[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]以及生活质量水平[简明健康调查量表(SF-36)]差异。结果治疗2个疗程后,研究组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率为83.33%(25/30),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组疼痛症状改善时间短于对照组,治疗后的ODI评分、VAS评分低于对照组,SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合整脊手法治疗产后腰痛在缓解症状、改善腰部功能、减轻疼痛、提高生活质量方面优势显著。 Objective To explore the influence of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with chiropractic manipulation on symptom improvement time,lumbar function and pain degree in patients with postpartum low back pain.Methods Sixty patients with postpartum low back pain admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Longquanyi District Chengdu from January 2020 to January 2025 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with chiropractic manipulation,while the study group was given acupuncture and moxibustion combined with chiropractic manipulation.The differences in efficacy,symptom(pain)improvement time,lumbar function(Oswestry disability index[ODI]),pain degree(visual analogue scale[VAS])and quality of life(the 36-item short form health survey[SF-36])were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate in study group was 93.33%(28/30)and that in control group was 83.33%(25/30),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The improvement time of pain symptom in study group was shorter than that in control group,and the ODI score and VAS score after treatment were lower than those in control group,while the SF-36 score after treatment was higher compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with chiropractic manipulation for postpartum low back pain has significant advantages in relieving symptoms,improving lumbar function,alleviating pain and enhancing quality of life.
