摘要
目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法回顾性选取2021年6月至2025年6月于石阡县人民医院妇产科分娩的共计92例剖宫产产妇,根据治疗方法的不同分成研究组(n=46)与对照组(n=46)。对照组采用缩宫素,研究组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素,比较两组产后出血量、凝血功能、不良反应。结果研究组术后1 h、2~3 h、4~12 h、13~24 h出血量较对照组更少(P<0.05)。两组产后血浆凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)缩短,纤维蛋白原(FIB)升高(P<0.05);研究组TT、APTT较对照组更短,FIB更高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素预防剖宫产产后出血,可有效减少产后出血量,改善凝血功能。
Objective To explore the effect of Carboprost Tromethamine and Oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage following cesarean section.Methods A total of 92 cesarean section parturients from June 2021 to June 2025 who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Shiqian were retrospectively selected,and by different treatment methods they were divided into the study group(46 cases,Carboprost Tromethamine and Oxytocin)and the control group(46 cases,Oxytocin).The postpartum bleeding vol ume,coagulation function,and adverse reactions in both groups were compared.Results In the bleeding volume at 1,2-3,4-12,and 13-24 hours after surgery,in comparison of the control group,the study group was less(P<0.05).After delivery,plasma thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in both groups were shortened,fibrinogen(FIB)in both groups was increased(P<0.05),and in comparison of the control group,TT and APTT in the study group were shorter,FIB was higher(P<0.05).In the total incidence of adverse reactions,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Carboprost Tromethamine and Oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage following cesarean section can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding and improve coagulation function.
