摘要
目的分析闭合复位联合外固定治疗小儿孟氏骨折的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2025年7月黄骅神农居医院收治的90例孟氏骨折患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。分析组应用闭合复位联合外固定治疗,参照组应用闭合复位治疗,比较两组治疗效果、恢复情况、肘关节功能、肘关节活动度、并发症。结果分析组治疗总有效率比参照组高(P<0.05);分析组恢复情况优于参照组(P<0.05);分析组治疗后的肘关节功能、肘关节活动度优于参照组(P<0.05);分析组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位联合外固定治疗小儿孟氏骨折的效果较好,能够促进患儿恢复,改善肘关节功能,降低并发症的发生风险,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of close reduction combined with external fixation in the treatment of Monteggia fracture in children.Methods A total of 90 children with Monteggia fracture admitted to Huanghua Shendongju Hospital from January 2023 to July 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The analysis group was treated with close reduction combined with external fixation,while the reference group was treated with closed reduction alone.The therapeutic effect,recovery conditions,elbow joint function,elbow joint range of motion,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The recovery situation of the analysis group was better than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The elbow joint function and elbow joint range of motion in the analysis group after treatment were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the analysis group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Close reduction combined with external fixation is an effective treatment for Monteggia fracture in children,which can promote the recovery of the children,improve the function of the elbow joint,reduce the risk of complications,and is worthy of wide applica tion.
