摘要
相较于传统信息技术,人工智能凭借卓越的高级学习潜力与自适应能力颠覆了既往的创业逻辑框架,而围绕人工智能如何有效推进城市创业活跃度提升的研究尚未有突破性进展。基于数字生态动力学理论,本文从人工智能赋能、动态能力部署和创业环境动荡三个维度对提升城市创业活跃度的成因进行理论阐述。以我国284个地级及以上城市为研究样本,运用复杂中介效应模型揭示提升城市创业活跃度的复杂动因和影响机制。通过组态分析发现,高城市创业活跃度是多重因素协同作用的结果,人工智能赋能城市创业活跃度共存在六种组态,可分为创新型创业导向、先动型创业导向和风险型创业导向三种驱动模式。进一步引入城市知识网络嵌入作为中介变量进行回归分析发现,各组态均能通过强化城市知识网络的嵌入性,影响城市创业活跃度的提升。研究从配置视角系统解释了城市创业活跃度的驱动机制,推动城市创业活跃度的研究从线性因果逻辑向多元交互的转变。
Compared with traditional information technology,artificial intelligence has deeply integrated into the entrepreneurial field and subverted the previous logical framework of entrepreneurship with its superior advanced learning potential and adaptive ability.However,there has been no breakthrough in how artificial intelligence can effectively promote the improvement of urban entrepreneurial activity.Based on the theory of digital ecological dynamics,this paper theoretically expounds the causes of improving urban entrepreneurial activity from three dimensions:artificial intelligence empowerment,dynamic capability deployment,and entrepreneurial environment turbulence.Using 284 prefecture-level cities and above in China as a research sample,the complex driving factors and mechanism effects of improving urban entrepreneurial activity were revealed using qualitative comparative analysis methods and a mediating effect model.A configuration analysis found that high urban entrepreneurial activity is the result of the synergistic effect of multiple factors.There are six configurations in total,which can be divided into three driving modes:innovative entrepreneurial orientation,proactive entrepreneurial orientation,and risk-taking entrepreneurial orientation.Further introducing the embedding of urban knowledge networks as a mediating variable,a complex mediating effect model was constructed,and a regression analysis was performed.It was found that each configuration can enhance the embedding of urban knowledge networks,improve entrepreneurial resources and enrich entrepreneurial opportunities,thereby affecting the function of improving urban entrepreneurial activity.This paper systematically explains the driving mechanism of urban entrepreneurial activity from a configuration perspective,which to some extent makes up for the deficiencies of existing research and promotes the transformation of urban entrepreneurial activity research from causal logic to multiple interactions.
