摘要
目的探讨3例以孤立性外周血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))降低为主要临床表现的高血压性脑出血并发重症肺部感染患者的护理经验及护理思考。方法通过查阅电子病历系统收集临床资料,分析3例在住院期间发生单一的外周血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))降低为特征的重症肺部感染的高血压性脑出血患者。早期准确捕捉到外周血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))的细微变化并汇报医师,及时复查头颅及胸部CT,并采取针对性的对症处理措施,有效控制了病情进展,并对治疗经验及相关机制进行深入分析和探讨。结果在无其他新发异常表现的情况下,在临床护理过程中及早观察到孤立性外周血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))降低这一临床异常,从而在继发重症肺炎的早期阶段被及时明确诊断,并予以积极对症处理,有效控制了病情进展,成功康复。结论基于这3例高血压性脑出血患者的成功治疗经验,我们认为早期识别孤立性SpO_(2)下降这一非典型表现,对此类患者的后续处理具有重要且积极的意义。
Objective To explore the nursing experience and critical thinking in the care of three patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated by severe pulmonary infection,all presenting with decreased pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))as the primary clinical manifestation.Methods Data collection from clinical materials is conducted by reviewing the electronic medical record system,three cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients who developed severe pulmonary infection during hospitalization,characterized by isolated hypoxemia and decreased pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),were analyzed.Early and accurate identification of subtle changes in pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))was performed,including prompt reporting to physicians,timely brain and chest CT reviews,and implementation of targeted symptomatic interventions.These measures effectively controlled disease progression,and an in-depth analysis of treatment experience and related mechanisms was conducted.Results In these three patients,early nursing attention focused solely on the clinical abnormality of reduced pulse oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))in the absence of other manifestations.Early detection and active symptomatic management of secondary severe pulmonary infection effectively controlled disease progression and achieved successful recovery.Conclusions Based on the successful treatment experiences of these three patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,we believe that early identification of isolated SpO_(2) decline,as an atypical manifestation,plays a significant and positive role in the subsequent management of such patients.
