溶剂掺杂对PEDOT:PSS薄膜导电和温度特性的影响

摘要 为了提升聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩∶聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PEDOT:PSS)的导电性能,掺杂是常用的有效策略。本文研究了二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、乙二醇(EG)和丙三醇掺杂对PEDOT:PSS薄膜导电性的影响,并采用紫外—可见吸收光谱、原子力显微镜及电阻—温度测试等手段,分析了薄膜的电导率、光学性能、微观结构及温度特性。结果表明,当DMSO、EG和丙三醇的掺杂浓度分别为5%、7.5%和7.5%时,薄膜的电导率最优;各掺杂剂在紫外区域表现出明显的透射率差异,而可见光透过性变化较小;三种掺杂体系均呈现负温度系数特性,其中DMSO体系相较于另外两种体系的电阻变化更显著。 To improve the electrical conductivity of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)films,solvent doping is an effective strategy.This study investigates the effects of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO),ethylene glycol(EG),and glycerol doping on the conductivity of PEDOT:PSS thin films.Characterization techniques including UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,atomic force microscopy,and resistance-temperature measurements were utilized to analyze the films'electrical conductivity,optical properties,microstructure,and temperature-dependent characteristics.Results demonstrate that optimal conductivity is achieved at doping concentrations of 5%for DMSO,7.5%for EG,and 7.5%for glycerol.All dopants induced significant transmittance differences in the UV region while minimally affecting visible-light transparency.Each doped system exhibited negative temperature coefficient behavior,with the DMSO-doped system showing more pronounced resistance changes compared to the other two systems.
