摘要
近些年,在世界经济增长乏力的背景之下,亚太地区展现强劲的经济韧性。亚太经合组织(APEC)作为亚太地区层级最高、覆盖范围最广的合作平台在推动亚太发展方面发挥着重要作用。中国从1991年加入APEC以来经历了从“融入者”到“推动者”,再到“引领者”的角色变化,然而不变的是中国始终从全体亚太成员国的角度出发,不断推动亚太合作更加公平、包容与更具活力。2026年,中国在加入APEC35周年之际,将举办APEC深圳峰会。这届峰会于中国而言意义重大,是中国推动亚太共同体建设从愿景走向行动,并展现在亚太领导力的重要平台。未来,中国将以此次峰会为新的“坐标”,致力于推动APEC走深走实,促进亚太地区开展更多的务实合作,为建设亚太共同体贡献更多的中国力量。
In recent years,against the backdrop of sluggish global economic growth,the Asia-Pacific region has demonstrated strong economic resilience.As the highest-level and most broadly representative cooperation platform in the region,the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC)plays a significant role in promoting Asia-Pacific development.Since joining APEC in 1991,China's role has evolved from“integrating into”to“promoting”and then to“leading”the cooperative framework.However,what has remained constant is China's commitment to advancing Asia-Pacific cooperation in a fairer,more inclusive,and more dynamic manner,always from the perspective of all Asia-Pacific members.In 2026,marking the 35th anniversary of its accession to APEC,China will host the APEC Shenzhen Summit.This summit holds great significance for China as it serves as a crucial platform to transform the vision of building an Asia-Pacific community from aspiration into action and to demonstrate China's leadership in the region.Moving forward,China will take this summit as a new milestone,dedicated to deepening and substantiating APEC cooperation,fostering more pragmatic collaboration in the Asia-Pacific region,and contributing greater Chinese strength to the building of an Asia-Pacific community.
