摘要
为探究长江低水(潮)位下泵站机组的运行情况,基于泵站实际运行的各项数据,以太湖地区3座代表性沿江泵站为研究对象,采用皮尔逊相关性系数分析方法,具体研究了泵站机组运行效能影响的影响因素。结果表明长江低水(潮)位条件下运行将在一定程度上改善太湖地区3座代表性沿江泵站的水力特性,提高机组的运行效率,降低电机运行能耗;泵站的机组运行功率与机组的扬程具有极强的线性相关性;随着机组运行扬程的进一步降低,机组运行效率的变化也随之降低。研究成果可为沿江泵站运行管理提供辅助决策。
To explore the operation of pump station units under low water(tide)levels in the Yangtze River,based on various actual operational data of the pump stations,this study takes three representative riverine pump stations in the Taihu Lake region as the research objects and adopts the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis method to specifically investigate the factors affecting the operational efficiency of the pump station units.The results indicate that operating under low water(tide)levels in the Yangtze River can to a certain extent improve the hydraulic characteristics of the three representative riverine pump stations in the Taihu Lake region,enhance the operational efficiency of the units,and reduce the motor operating energy consumption.There is an extremely strong linear correlation between the operating power of the pump units and their head;furthermore,as the operating head of the units further decreases,the variation in operational efficiency also diminishes.The research results provide auxiliary decision-making for the operational management of riverine pump stations.
