摘要
目的:观察截喘汤治疗肺气虚型老年咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的62例老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,随机分为两组各31例。对照组予阿斯美胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用截喘汤口服。治疗6周后比较两组临床疗效、肺功能、呼出气一氧化氮、症状评分及炎症因子的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.55%,明显高于对照组的74.19%(P﹤0.05);治疗组FEV1、FVC、FeNO、中医症状评分、TNF-α、IL-6改善明显优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:截喘汤治疗肺气虚型老年咳嗽变异性哮喘,可提升疗效,改善临床症状,缓解气道炎症,降低气道高反应,抑制重塑,有效地改善肺功能。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiechuan decoction on cough variant asthma in the elderly with syndrome of deficiency of lung-qi.Methods:62 cases of eligible elderly patients with cough variant asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Methoxyphenamine Capsules orally,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jiechuan decoction orally on the basis of control group.The changes of clinical efficacy,lung function,fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO),symptom score and inflammatory factors were compared between two groups after 6 weeks of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than 74.19% of control group(P﹤0.05).The improvement of FEV1,FVC,FeNO,TCM symptom score,TNF-α and IL-6 of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Jiechuan decoction can enhance the clinical efficacy on cough variant asthma in the elderly with syndrome of deficiency of lung-qi,improve clinical symptoms,relieve airway inflammation,reduce airway hyperresponsiveness,inhibit airway remodeling and effectively protect lung function.
