五年一贯制学前教育专业岗课赛证融通的实践探索——以晋城职业技术学院为例

摘要 岗课赛证融通作为一种创新性职业教育理念,旨在将职业教育与产业发展紧密结合,提高学生职业素养和综合能力,从而更好地适应市场需求。本研究旨在深入探讨晋城职业技术学院学前教育专业岗课赛证综合育人模式在确立人才培养方案、课程建设、证书制度、技能竞赛、岗位实践中的应用与实践,为提升该专业人才培养的社会适应性提供参考和依据,进而形成学院高水平发展的典型案例。 The“Job-Course-Competition-Certificate”integrated teaching reform,as an innovative vocational education concept,aims to closely combine vocational education with industrial development,enhance students'professional quality and comprehensive ability,so as to better adapt to the market demand.This study aims to explore the application and practice of the“Job-Course-Competition-Certificate”comprehensive education model in the pre-school education major at Jincheng Institute of Technology,focusing on talent cultivation plans,curriculum development,certification systems,skills competitions,and workplace practice.It seeks to provide reference and basis for improving the social adaptability of professional talent cultivation in this major,thereby establishing a model case for the college's high-level development.
