逆向设计赋能主题班会课的实践探索

Exploration of Empowering Thematic Class Meeting Lesson through“Understanding by Design”

摘要 主题班会课作为班主任开展德育工作的重要部分,是一项复杂、专业和系统的工程。传统主题班会课常常被诟病为“聚焦活动的教学和聚焦灌输的教学”,逆向设计针对这两大误区,提出了新的课程与教学设计理念。基于逆向设计的“三环节七步骤”,以“破茧成蝶:男生女生变”一课为例,文章呈现了赋能主题班会课的实践路径,在设计严谨、实施灵活和评估科学方面实现了突破与优化,为推动传统班会课走向专业化、深度化和科学化提供了较好的行动支架与参照蓝本。 Thematic Class Meeting Lesson,as an essential part of the head teacher’s moral education work,represents a highly complex,professional,and systematic endeavor.Traditional Thematic Class Meeting Lessons are often criticized for being“activity focused teaching”or“indoctrination-focused teaching”.Distinct from these two pitfalls,Backward Design introduces a new concept for curriculum and instructional design.Based on the“3 stages-7 steps Process”of“Backward Design”,this article presents a practical pathway for empowering Thematic Class Meetings Lessons,using the lesson“Breaking the Cocoon:The Transformation of Boys and Girls”as an example.The approach achieves breakthroughs and optimizations in rigorous design,flexible implementation,and scientific evaluation,providing a robust action framework and reference model for advancing traditional class meeting toward greater professionalism,depth,and scientific rigor。
