摘要
在制造业数字化转型与智能质检体系加速构建的背景下,信息化驱动的自动光学检测(AOI)技术正成为电子制造质量管理的核心支撑.针对遥控器产品外观检测中存在的高反光、复杂曲面及多品种小批量特征,本文提出一种基于信息化非标AOI视觉识别系统的多维度外观质量检测技术.系统构建了"信息感知—数据分析—智能识别—闭环决策"的信息化检测体系,论文重点研究了信息化数据流管理机制、图像特征融合算法及智能判定逻辑.为家电制造业质量检测的信息化与智能化提供了新路径.
Against the backdrop of digital transformation in manufacturing and the accelerated construction of intelligent quality-inspection systems,informatization-driven automatic optical inspection(AOI)technology has become a core pillar of quality management in electronics manufacturing.To address the challenges of high reflectance,complex curved surfaces,and high-mix low-volume production in remote-controller appearance inspection,this paper proposes a multi-dimensional appearance quality inspection technology based on an informatized custom AOI vision system.The system establishes an informatized inspection loop of"information perception-data analysis-intelligent recognition-closed-loop decision making,"with emphasis on informatized data-flow management,image-feature fusion algorithms,and intelligent judgment logic.The work offers a new pathway for the informatization and intelligence of quality inspection in the home-appliance manufacturing industry.
