基于LabWindowsCVI的铁路大件货物运输实时监测系统设计与验证

Design and Verification of a LabWindows/CVI-Based Real-Time Monitoring System for Railway Out-of-Gauge Freight Transport

摘要 铁路大件运输安全风险突出,传统监测存在实时性差、多源数据融合不足等缺陷.提出基于LabWindows/CVI的集成化监测系统,融合多源传感器(位移/振动/应力/环境等),设计多线程采集架构、动态阈值预警模型及可视化平台.实现LabWindows/CVI驱动的多传感器高并发实时处理框架,建立了位移-振动-受力关联预警规则引擎,开发了车载环境下的轻量化数据库管理功能.通过2 000 km实车运输验证,报警准确率≥98.5%,数据丢失率﹤0.1%,为铁路大件货物运输主动安全防护提供可靠技术方案. Railway out-of-gauge freight transport faces prominent safety risks,whereas conventional monitoring suffers from poor real-time performance and insufficient multi-source data fusion.An integrated supervision platform developed under LabWindows/CVI is presented that fuses multi-type sensors(displacement,vibration,stress,environment,etc.).A multi-thread acquisition architecture,a dynamic-threshold early-warning model and a visualization dashboard were designed.The framework,driven by LabWindows/CVI,enables high-concurrency real-time processing of multi-sensor data;a rule engine correlating displacement,vibration and force was built,and a lightweight on-board database manager was implemented.A 2 000 km field test showed an alarm accuracy≥98.5%and data-loss ratio<0.1%,offering a reliable solution for proactive safety protection of railway out-of-gauge freight transport.
