摘要
政治素质是干部的首要素质和核心能力,集中体现干部党性修养与人格品质,直接关系干部履职方向和执政成效,具有方向性、引领性、决定性作用。深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于干部政治素质考察的重要论述,深度把握党中央对干部政治素质一以贯之的重要要求,深化认识“坚持把政治标准放在首位,做深做实干部政治素质考察”的重大意义,深刻总结新时代干部选拔任用政治素质考察的经验做法,推动形成以政治素质考察为统领的新时代干部选拔任用工作体系,推动考察指标量化实化、考察机制常态常规、考察评价精准精确、考察运用有力有效,确保选拔出忠诚干净担当的高素质专业化干部,为全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业提供坚强有力的政治保证和组织保证。
Political quality is the core quality of cadres,a concentrated manifestation of their character,and the primary condition for them to perform their duties.It is conducive to promoting the formation of a new era cadre selection and appointment system with political quality assessment as the leading force,by deeply grasping the important requirements of the Central Committee of the CPC for the consistent political quality of cadres,and profoundly summarizing the experience and practices of political quality assessment in cadre selection and appointment in the new era.Which promoting the quantification and materialization of assessment indicators,the regularity and frequent of assessment timing,the precision and accuracy of assessment evaluation,and the powerful and effective of assessment application,providing a strong political and organizational guarantee for comprehensively advancing the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
