摘要
目的探讨超声洁治联合抗菌多肽牙周凝胶治疗妊娠期中期龈炎的效果。方法选取2023年8月至2024年7月衡水市第五人民医院收治的60例妊娠期中期龈炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组使用超声洁治术治疗,观察组治疗方式为超声洁治术+抗菌多肽牙周凝胶。比较两组患者牙周指标、炎症介质及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组菌斑指数、探针出血指数、牙周袋深度及牙周附着水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对妊娠期中期龈炎患者治疗时,以抗菌多肽牙周凝胶辅助超声洁治术能提高整体治疗效果,改善牙周状态,减轻炎症反应。
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasonic scaling combined with antibacterial polypeptide periodontal gel in the treatment of gingivitis during the second trimester of pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with gingivitis during the second trimester of pregnancy admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Hengshui City from August 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrasonic scaling,while the observation group was treated with ultrasonic scaling combined with antibacterial polypeptide periodontal gel.The periodontal indicators,inflammatory mediators and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the plaque index,probe bleeding index,periodontal pocket depth and periodontal attachment level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating patients with gingivitis during the second trimester of pregnancy,the use of antibacterial polypeptide periodontal gel-assisted ultrasonic scaling can enhance the overall therapeutic effect,improve the periodontal condition and reduce the inflammatory response.
