摘要
跨界行为是学界普遍认可的创新诱发因素,但其创新效能在创业情境下尚未得到充分检验。基于资源保存理论,通过236份创业者调查数据,系统检验了跨界行为对新产品开发绩效的作用机制及边界条件。研究发现:跨界行为一方面促进了创业者和谐型创新激情,进而提高初创企业的新产品开发绩效,另一方面又会导致创业者角色过载,进而降低新产品开发绩效;跨界行为通过和谐型创新激情和角色过载影响新产品开发绩效的总体间接效应为正;大数据能力正向调节跨界行为对和谐型创新激情的影响,并且显著调节跨界行为通过和谐型创新激情影响新产品开发绩效的间接作用。
Boundary-spanning behavior is generally regarded as an important driving factor for innovation,but its innovation effectiveness has not been fully tested in entrepreneurial contexts.Drawing on conservation of resources theory,survey data collected from 236 entrepreneurs was used and the mechanism and boundary condition of entrepreneurs’boundary-spanning behavior influencing the development performance of new products was examined.The results show that entrepreneurs’boundary-spanning behavior will not only promotes their harmonious innovation passion and improve the performance of new product development,but also increases role overload and reduce the performance of new product development.The total indirect effect of entrepreneurs’boundary-spanning behavior on new product development performance via harmonious innovation passion and role overload is significant and positive.The big data capability not only moderates the effect of entrepreneurs’boundary-spanning behavior on harmonious innovation passion,but also moderates the indirect effect of entrepreneurs’boundary-spanning behavior on new product development performance via harmonious innovation passion.
