摘要
新质生产力是中国经济高质量发展的核心引擎。专精特新“小巨人”企业作为国家重要战略科技力量和战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分,肩负着发展新质生产力助力中国推进新型工业化、实现科技自立自强、增强经济韧性的责任使命。新质生产力发展具有长期性、系统性、地域性特点,构建云南省专精特新“小巨人”企业发展新质生产力的影响因素体系,通过TIT2F-DEMATEL模型识别出发展新质生产力的6个关键影响因素,其中,地区工业发展水平是最关键的影响因素。对此,从营造良好生态环境、健全现代产业体系、要素创新性配置等三个方面提出建议,为云南因地制宜发展新质生产力提供有益借鉴。
New quality productive forces are the core engine for high-quality development of China’s economy.As an important part of the country’s important strategic scientific and technological strength and strategic emerging industries,specialized and new“little giant”enterprises shoulder the responsibility and mission of developing new productive forces to help China promote new industrialization,realize self-reliance and self-improvement of science and technology,and enhance economic resilience.The development of new quality productive forces has the characteristics of long-term,systematic and regional.A system of influencing factors was constructed for the development of new quality productivity of specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative“little giant”enterprises in Yunnan Province.Six key influencing factors for the development of new quality productivity are identified through the TIT2F-DEMATEL model,among which the level of regional industrial development is the most crucial influencing factor.In this regard,suggestions are put forward from three aspects:creating a favorable ecological environment,improving the modern industrial system,and innovative allocation of factors,which can provide useful references for Yunnan to develop new quality productive forces according to local conditions.
