摘要
基于2013—2022年中国A股制造业上市公司的面板数据,运用负二项回归方法探究人工智能技术对制造企业创新绩效的影响,并结合知识流动的中介作用以及知识多元化的调节作用。研究发现:人工智能技术与知识多元化能促进制造业企业创新绩效提升;在人工智能对制造企业创新绩效的影响过程中,知识多元化起到负向调节作用,知识流动起到部分中介作用,且知识流出比知识流入的中介效应更强。研究结论为数智化时代下人工智能赋能制造企业创新绩效提升提供有益启示。
Based on the panel data of A-share manufacturing listed companies in China from 2013 to 2022,the impact of artificial intelligence technology on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises was explored using a negative binomial regression method,and the mediating effect of knowledge flow and the moderating effect of knowledge diversification were combined.The research findings indicate that artificial intelligence technology and knowledge diversification can promote the enhancement of innovation performance in the manufacturing industry.In the process of artificial intelligence’s impact on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises,knowledge diversification plays a negative moderating role,knowledge flow has a partial mediating effect,and the mediating effect of knowledge outflow is stronger than that of knowledge inflow.The conclusions of the study provide valuable insights for enhancing the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises empowered by artificial intelligence in the era of digital intelligence.
