大数据综合试验区对产业结构升级的影响研究

摘要 在新发展格局下,产业结构升级仍然是推动经济高质量发展的核心任务与关键路径。基于2010—2022年30个省份(因数据缺失,未包含西藏地区和港澳台地区)面板数据,以国家级大数据综合实验区政策作为准自然实验,采用多期双重差分(DID)模型实证分析其对产业结构升级的影响及传导机制。机制检验表明,大数据政策可以通过数字贸易发展水平、数据化要素水平来促进产业结构升级。研究结果表明,大数据政策能够显著促进产业结构升级,该结论在经过识别假设检验和稳健性检验后仍然成立;大数据政策对产业结构升级的促进效应东北部、资源型省份以及网络设施水平较高的省份表现更为明显。 In the context of the new development pattern,the upgrading of industrial structure remains the core task and key path to promote high-quality economic development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(due to the lack of data,the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Xizang Autonomous Region,the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province)from 2010 to 2022,taking the policy of national big data comprehensive pilot zones as the research object,the multi-period DID model was used to empirically analyze its impact and transmission mechanism on industrial structure upgrading.The mechanism test shows that the big data policy can promote the upgrading of industrial structure through the development level of digital trade and the level of data elements.The study finds that the big data policy can significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure,and this conclusion remains valid after identification hypothesis testing and robustness testing.The promotion effect of the big data policy on the upgrading of industrial structure is more obvious in the northeast,resource-based provinces and provinces with higher levels of network facilities.
