摘要
中医采用辨证论治、整体调节的方式治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA),有一定优势。文章综述近2年中医治疗CVA的情况,主要从内治、外治2个方面展开叙述。内治方面,从病邪论治,主要涉及风、湿、燥、寒;从脏腑经络论治,主要涉及肺、脾、肝、三焦、肺络;以经方辨证治疗,主要涉及小青龙汤、麻杏石甘汤、半夏厚朴汤化裁;又汇总了现代名医治疗该病的经验方。外治方面,涉及温针灸、药罐、敷贴、推拿等中医疗法。希望能为中医临床治疗该病提供一定的参考。
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treats cough variant asthma(CVA)by means of syndrome differentiation and treatment as well as holistic regulation,which has certain advantages.This article reviewed the status of TCM in the treatment of CVA in the past two years,which is mainly elaborated from internal treatment and external treatment.In terms of internal treatment,the therapy based on pathogenic factors mainly involves wind,dampness,dryness and cold,the therapy based on zang-fu organs and meridians mainly focuses on the lung,spleen,liver,triple energizer and lung collaterals,the syndrome differentiation treatment with classical prescriptions mainly includes the modified application of Xiaoqinglong decoction,Maxing Shigan decoction and Banxia Houpo decoction.In addition,the empirical prescriptions for treating this disease by renowned modern TCM physicians were summarized.For external treatment,it involves TCM therapies such as warming needle moxibustion,medicinal cupping,herbal application and tuina.It is hoped that this review can provide certain references for the clinical TCM in the treatment of this disease.
