摘要
目的探讨基于King达标理论的心理护理对糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)患者负性情绪及心理韧性的改善效果。方法方便选取2023年2月—2024年12月苏州永鼎医院收治的DN患者100例,分为对照组(接受常规护理)与观察组(在对照组基础上接受基于King达标理论的心理护理),各50例,分组依据为不同护理方法。对比两组负性情绪、心理韧性与护理满意度。结果护理后与对照组相比,观察组心理韧性评分及护理满意度均更高,焦虑、抑郁及总分均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于King达标理论的心理护理能有效缓解DN患者的负性情绪,提升心理韧性及护理满意度,为临床心理干预提供理论依据。
Objective To explore the improvement effect of psychological nursing based on King's goal attainment theory on negative emotions and psychological resilience in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 100 patients with DN admitted to Suzhou Yongding Hospital from February 2023 to December 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into control group(receiving routine nursing)and observation group(receiving psychological nursing based on King's goal attainment theory on the basis of control group),50 cases in each group.The grouping was based on different nursing methods.Negative emotions,psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,the psychological resilience score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher,and the anxiety,depression and total score were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on King's goal attainment theory can effectively alleviate negative emotions,improve psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction in DN patients,which provides a theoretical basis for clinical psychological intervention.
