磷酸二铵生产中氨化反应条件的调控与能效提升路径

摘要 磷酸二铵(DAP)是目前国内主要的高浓度磷复肥,其中氨化反应是其生产核心工序,对产品营养成分、颗粒性状和生产能效有重要影响。因此,选择以我国磷复肥工业生产为背景,分析反应过程中的关键影响因素与产品品质、生产效率之间的关系,阐明反应温度、中和度、压力、停留时间等对反应过程的作用机理,建立以反应条件优化-工艺装备升级-能量回收循环-辅助系统优化为主线的多维能效优化途径,解决生产过程中能耗高、反应稳定性差的难题,为实现磷复肥提质、节能、降耗提供理论支持和实践借鉴,促进磷复肥产业的高质量发展。 Diammonium phosphate(DAP)is currently the primary high-concentration compound phosphate fertilizer in China,with the ammoniation reaction serving as its core production process.This reaction significantly impacts product nutritional composition,particle characteristics,and production efficiency.Based on China's phosphate fertilizer industry context,this study analyzes the relationships between key influencing factors in the reaction process and product quality as well as production efficiency.It elucidates the mechanisms by which reaction temperature,neutralization degree,pressure,and residence time affect the reaction process.A multidimensional energy efficiency optimization pathway is established,focusing on reaction condition optimization,process equipment upgrading,energy recovery cycles,and auxiliary system optimization.This approach aims to address challenges such as high energy consumption and poor reaction stability during production.The research provides theoretical support and practical references for improving the quality,energy efficiency,and resource utilization of phosphate fertilizers,thereby promoting the high-quality development of the phosphate fertilizer industry.
