摘要
近年来,急诊创伤率逐年攀升,及早救治对改善患者的预后至关重要。当前,急诊救治存在人员职责界定模糊、流程设置不合理等问题,延长患者的等待时间,威胁其生命安全。因此,为提高急救效率并确保患者的生命安全,需要采取有效的措施优化急救流程,并加强急救团队的资源配置,从而最大限度地为患者赢得宝贵的救治时机。快速反应团队护理模式是由多学科人员组成的抢救团队,旨在将重症监护级的医疗服务带到急诊创伤患者床边的一种新型护理模式。该模式强调对患者及早救治,通过快速响应和团队协作,提高患者的救治效率。该文就快速反应团队护理模式在急诊创伤患者中的研究进展进行综述。
In recent years,the incidence of emergency trauma has been increasing year by year,and early treatment is crucial to improve patients'prognosis.At present,there are problems in emergency care such as vague definition of personnel responsibilities and unreasonable process design,which prolong patients'waiting time and threaten their life safety.Therefore,to improve emergency efficiency and ensure patients'life safety,it is necessary to take effective measures to optimize the emergency process and optimize the resource allocation of emergency teams,so as to maximize valuable treatment time for patients.The rapid response team nursing model is a rescue team composed of multidisciplinary staff,aiming to deliver intensive care-level services to the bedside of emergency trauma patients.This model emphasizes early intervention for patients and improves treatment efficiency through rapid response and teamwork.This paper reviews the research progress on the RRT nursing model in emergency trauma patients.
