超高长细比仿“森林生态”清水混凝土结构施工技术研究

摘要 针对某工程的“森林生态”清水混凝土结构的施工,通过对结构支模体系和施工流程的合理优化,确保了超高长细比混凝土结构在施工期间的整体稳定性,并解决了空间内部复杂结构的支模难题,同时通过合理的仿生木纹拓印材料的选择,凸显了仿树造型清水混凝土的表面纹理,完美呈现了设计所需表达的“森林生态”意境,确保了一次成型效果,可为类似超高长细比仿“森林生态”清水混凝土结构的施工提供了经验参考。 Directed against construction of“Forest Ecological”Fair-faced concrete structure for a certain project.Ensure the overall stability of ultra-high slenderness ratio concrete structures during construction by rational optimization of the structural formwork system and construction process.And solved the problem of supporting complex structures within the space.Concurrently,highlighting the surface texture of the imitation tree shaped Fair-faced concrete by selecting appropriate biomimetic wood grain rubbing material.Perfectly presents the artistic conception of“Forest Ecological”that the design needs to express,and ensure a one-time molding effect.Accumulated experience in the construction of similar ultra-high slenderness ratio biomimetic“Forest Ecological”Fair-faced concrete structure.
