摘要
为了研究振动砖板装配式住宅的安全性问题,论文以北京某超期服役振动砖板住宅为例,采用MIDAS Gen数值模拟分析了墙板拼缝在多遇和罕遇地震下的受力性能,并通过PKPM-JDJG简化模型分析验算了结构承载力。结果表明:竖缝损伤虽导致层间位移角增大,但仍满足现行规范限值要求;揭示了拼缝构造对结构整体性的决定性影响,提出了适用于振动砖板建筑的“检测-鉴定-加固”技术路径。论文的研究成果可为同类建筑的安全评估与改造,提供理论依据和工程示范。
In order to study the safety of the vibrating brick prefabricated house,this paper takes an over-service vibrating brick house in Beijing as an example,and uses MIDAS Gen numerical simulation to analyze the mechanical performance of the wallboard joint under frequent and rare earthquakes,and verifies the structural bearing capacity through PKPM-JDJG simplified model analysis.The results show that although the vertical joint damage leads to the increase of the interlaminar displacement angle,it still meets the requirements of the current code limits.The decisive influence of joint structure on the integrity of the structure is revealed,and the technical path of“detection-identificationreinforcement”suitable for vibrating brick slab building is proposed.The research results of this paper can provide a theoretical basis and engineering demonstration for the safety assessment and renovation of similar buildings.
