摘要
GB/T 40727—2021《再制造机械产品装配技术规范》是我国再制造产业标准化体系建设中的重要技术标准,对规范机械产品再制造装配过程、提升资源循环利用效率具有指导作用。系统解析该标准的编制原则、编制过程、技术框架与核心内容,并结合当前行业发展现状,重点阐述再制造装配在工艺要求、质量控制、检测方法及环境管理等方面的规范化要求,以期为我国再制造产业的标准化、绿色化发展提供理论参考和技术支撑。
GB/T 40727-2021,Remanufacturing—Technological specifications for assembly of mechanical products,is a crucial technical standard in China’s standardization system for the remanufacturing industry,which plays a pivotal role in regulating the assembly process of remanufactured mechanical products and enhancing resource recycling efficiency.Based on the principles of full lifecycle and green manufacturing,this paper systematically analyzes the drafting principles,development process,technical framework,and core content of the standard.In light of the current status of industry development,it elaborates on the standardized requirements for remanufacturing assembly,including process specifications,quality control,testing methods,and environmental management.It aims to provide theoretical references and technical support for the standardized and green development of China’s remanufacturing industry.
