二次风径向距离对贫氧气固燃烧火焰特性的影响

Influence of Radial Distance of Secondary Wind on Flame Characteristics During Oxygen-Lean Gas-Solid Combustion

摘要 高温预热燃料的贫氧燃烧过程是变革性纯化燃烧技术的关键环节.本文在250 kW高温预热燃料火焰特性试验平台上研究了烧嘴二次风径向距离对贫氧气固燃烧火焰的形态结构、脉动特性、温度分布、产物组分浓度及碳转化率的影响规律.试验表明,随着二次风径向距离增大,它与高温预热燃料的交汇混合区域远离烧嘴出口,并向炉膛靠近,火焰脱火距离和宽度的无量纲值分别从3.07和2.48增大到4.21和3.85,火焰扩散角度减小,火焰振幅的变化范围增大,但燃烧系统的碳转化率从67.7%大幅减小到58.7%. The oxygen-lean combustion of high-temperature preheated fuel is a key aspect of revolutionary purified combustion technology.In this study,a 250 kW combustion flame test platform was constructed to investigate the effect of the radial distance of burner secondary wind on flame morphology,pulsation characteristics,temperature distribution,gas product composition,and carbon conversion rate in oxygen-lean gas-solid combustion.Results show that when the burner radial distance increases,the mixing zone between secondary wind and preheated fuel moves away from the burner outlet and toward the furnace wall.Meanwhile,the dimensionless flame lift-off distance grows from 3.07 to 4.21,and the dimensionless width expands from 2.48 to 3.85.In addition,the flame diffusion angle decreases,and the variation range of the flame oscillation enlarges.However,the carbon conversion rate of the combustion system drops sharply from 67.7%to 58.7%.
