摘要
为明确玉米田主要杂草反枝苋Amaranthus retroflexus、稗Echinochloa crus-galli和狗尾草Setaria viridis对草铵膦的敏感性,采用整株生物测定法,对我国北方及黄淮海玉米产区反枝苋、稗和狗尾草种群进行草铵膦的敏感水平测定。结果表明,18%草铵膦可溶液剂对88个反枝苋种群的GR_(50)在2.18~163.39 g/hm^(2),均值为72.49 g/hm^(2);对28个稗种群的GR_(50)在32.87~127.40 g/hm^(2),均值为74.57 g/hm^(2);对60个狗尾草种群的GR_(50)在5.71~179.81 g/hm^(2),均值为58.56 g/hm^(2);3种杂草的GR_(50)均低于810.00 g/hm^(2),表明3个杂草种群对草铵膦均敏感。
Amaranthus retroflexus,Echinochloa crus-galli,and Setaria viridis are three dominant weed species commonly occurring in maize fields in China,which seriously affect maize yield and quality.To determine the sensitivity of these three weed species to glufosinate,whole-plant bioassays were conducted to evaluate the responses of A.retroflexus,E.crus-galli and S.viridis populations collected from maize-producing areas in northern China and the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain.Our results showed that the GR_(50) values of glufosinate 18%soluble concentrate for 88 A.retroflexus populations ranged from^(2).18-163.39 g/hm^(2),with a mean of 72.49 g/hm^(2);for 28 E.crus-galli populations,the GR_(50) values ranged from 32.87 to 127.40 g/hm^(2),with a mean of 74.59 g/hm^(2);and for 60 S.viridis populations,the GR_(50) values ranged from 5.71 to 179.81 g/hm^(2),with a mean of 58.56 g/hm^(2).The GR_(50) values of all three weed species were below 810.00 g/hm^(2),indicating that these weed populations remain sensitive to glufosinate.
