热处理对定向凝固Ni_(36.5)Co_(30)Cr_(11)Fe_(11)Al_(6)Ta_(1.5)W_(4)高熵合金组织及力学性能的影响

摘要 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子万能材料试验机研究了热处理工艺对定向凝固Ni_(36.5)Co_(30)Cr_(11)Fe_(11)Al_(6)Ta_(1.5)W_(4)高熵合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,合金经1200℃、2 h的固溶处理后枝晶间无偏析,在700℃时效过程中合金中析出了TCP相和L1_(2)相;随时效时间增加,L1_(2)相逐渐长大而TCP相尺寸没有较大变化,合金屈服强度由511 MPa提升至597 MPa,合金经8 h时效后性能接近峰值;L1_(2)相带来的沉淀强化是合金屈服强度提升的主要原因。相关结果为定向凝固高熵合金的性能调控提供一定的参考。 The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of directionally solidified Ni_(36.5)Co_(30)Cr_(11)Fe_(11)Al_(6)Ta_(1.5)W_(4)high entropy alloy was studied using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and an electronic universal material testing machine.The results show that there is no interdendritic segregation in the alloy after solid solution treatment at 1200℃for 2 h,and during aging process at 700℃,the TCP and L1_(2)phases precipitate in the alloy;with increase of the aging time,the sizes of L1_(2)phases increase while that of TCP phases did not change;with the increase of aging time,the yield strength of the alloy increases from 511 MPa to 597 MPa,which approaches the peak value of peroperty after aging for 8 h;the precipitation strengthening provided by L1_(2)phase is the main reason for the increase of yield strength of the alloy.The relevant results provide some references for the performance control of directionally solidified high entropy alloys.
