高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫药剂对拜耳法赤泥沉降性能的研究

摘要 我国铝土矿资源丰富,但铝土矿含硫在3%以上的高硫铝土矿因含硫元素较高无法在工业上得到应用。此类矿石所含Al2O3%品位高,但需经过脱硫后才能用于氧化铝系统生产,根据氧化铝生产系统反馈,脱硫后的铝精矿进入生产流程后在沉降过程中不好沉降,其初步判断是浮选脱硫药剂对其有影响,因此研究高硫铝土矿浮选脱硫药剂是否影响氧化铝沉降性能意义重大。本文聚焦于浮选脱硫铝精矿对拜耳法氧化铝溶出车间沉降性能的影响。通过溶出沉降系统实验,涵盖高硫矿石、捕收剂黄药种类和用量、起泡剂、循环水、矿石细度等多因素,解析影响沉降性能的关键因素。研究发现,黄药种类和用量、起泡剂、循环水及高硫含量对沉降性能影响微弱,而矿石中1000目以下的微细颗粒矿物是影响沉降性能的主因。这一研究为优化氧化铝生产流程、提升沉降效率或优化高硫铝土矿磨矿细度提供了关键理论依据与实践指导。 China has abundant bauxite resources,but high sulfur bauxite with a sulfur content of over 3%cannot be used in industry due to its high sulfur content.This type of ore contains a high grade of Al2O3%,but it needs to be desulfurized before it can be used for alumina production.According to feedback from the alumina production system,the desulfurized aluminum concentrate is difficult to settle during the settling process after entering the production process.The preliminary judgment is that flotation desulfurizing agents have an impact on it.Therefore,studying whether high sulfur bauxite flotation desulfurizing agents affect the settling performance of alumina is of great significance.This article focuses on the effect of flotation desulfurization of aluminum concentrate on the settling performance of Bayer process alumina leaching workshop.Through leaching and settling system experiments,covering multiple factors such as high sulfur ores,types and amounts of yellow medicine collectors,foaming agents,circulating water,and ore fineness,the key factors affecting settling performance are analyzed.Research has found that the type and dosage of yellow medicine,foaming agent,circulating water,and high sulfur content have a weak impact on sedimentation performance,while fine mineral particles below 1000 mesh in ore are the main factor affecting sedimentation performance.This study provides key theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing the production process of alumina,improving settling efficiency,or optimizing the grinding fineness of high sulfur bauxite.
