摘要
低空经济的兴起将引发城市空间结构的深刻变革,推动城市从“二维平面”向“三维空间”跃迁。文章基于城市进化规律,构建“低空经济—立体城市—社会适应性”三元协同分析框架,从变革之律、变革之景、变革之道、变革之术四个层面系统分析低空经济如何通过技术赋能、空间重构与社会调适的互动机制塑造新人居形态。低空经济通过eVTOL、无人机物流等技术突破,显著提升城市空间可达性与功能混合度,促进未来城市形成地下、地面、低空协同的立体交通网络,重塑城市时空关系。同时,低空经济也面临技术安全、公众接受度、法律法规滞后等风险挑战。研究指出:应以系统工程思维为指导,通过空间规划体系重构、基础设施升级、制度体系完善及治理模式创新,实现技术应用与社会适应的协同发展。
The rise of the low-altitude economy will trigger profound changes in urban spatial structures,driving cities to transition from a“two-dimensional form”to a“three-dimensional form”.Based on urban evolution theory,this paper constructs a ternary collaborative analysis framework of“low-altitude economy—vertical city—social adaptability”,systematically exploring how the low-altitude economy shapes new human settlement patterns through the interactive mechanisms of technological empowerment,spatial reconstruction,and social adaptation.Through technological breakthroughs such as electric vertical take-off and landing(eVTOL)aircraft and drone logistics,the low-altitude economy significantly enhances urban spatial accessibility and functional diversity,forming a vertical transportation network that coordinates underground,ground,and low-altitude spaces,thereby reshaping urban spatiotemporal relationships.At the same time,the low-altitude economy also faces risks and challenges such as technological safety,public acceptance,and inadequate laws and regulations.This paper proposes to guide the process with systems engineering thinking,achieving coordinated development between technological application and social adaptation through the restructuring of spatial planning systems,infrastructure upgrading,institutional system refinement,and governance model innovation.
