摘要
重大工程项目投资规模庞大、影响深远,其可持续性对经济社会长期发展具有重要影响。然而,现有评价体系在环境、社会与治理(ESG)维度的整合方面尚不完善,缺乏系统反映ESG理念的可持续性评价框架。为此,基于ESG理念,结合文献研究与专家访谈,构建了包含环境、社会、治理3个维度的重大工程项目可持续性评价指标体系。进一步运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,并通过ABC分析法识别出关键影响因素,据此提出具有针对性的可持续性提升策略。在理论上拓展了重大工程可持续性评价的ESG整合路径,在实践上为项目投资决策与全过程管理提供了系统化、可操作的评价工具与改进依据。
Major engineering projects,characterized by massive investments and profound impacts,play a significant role in long-term economic and social development.However,existing sustainability evaluation systems lack a comprehensive framework that effectively integrates environmental,social,and governance(ESG)dimensions.To address this gap,a sustainability evaluation index system for major engineering projects based on the ESG framework was developed by utilizing literature review and expert interviews.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was applied to determine indicator weights,and the ABC analysis method was used to identify critical factors.Accordingly,targeted strategies for enhancing project sustainability were proposed.This research theoretically contributes to extending the ESG integration pathway for sustainability evaluation,and practically offers a systematic and operational tool for supporting investment decision-making and whole-process management.
